A minimum purchase of goods to the value of AUD$10.00 (ex GST) / AUD$11.00 (inc. GST) applies to each order.
GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 10% is applicable for Australian orders.
Freight costs will be added to your order (see below for more information). The order minimum is applicable on all orders including online, phone, fax and email. $10.00 (ex GST, ex freight)
For Phone, Fax, Email orders. $11.00 (inc. GST, ex freight) For Online orders.

Customers outside Australia (International)
A minimum purchase of AUD$10.00 applies to each order (excl. GST, excl. freight).
GST (Goods & Services Tax) does not apply to International orders.

Refund & return policy
We stand by the products we sell. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange.
Always check the contents of your delivery against the invoice provided. If you find a discrepancy please report it to us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Back orders
If we are unable to complete your order due to a product shortage, you will be contacted within two days of placing your order to discuss alternate arrangements.
Depending on the estimated time of wait, you may choose to back order the item or place your order at a later date.
If you have elected to place the item on backorder, when that item arrives back into stock, we will contact you prior to dispatching the goods to confirm that you still want that product.
Security
On-line credit card transactions are only available for Australian Customers and are processed via the ANZ eGate secure payment gateway. After you have made your purchase, we Do Not store your credit card details under any circumstances.
